Last updated: March 2026

Welcome to Authority Ally. By accessing or using our service at authorityally.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Authority Ally is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that uses artificial intelligence to help professionals create LinkedIn content. The Service includes AI-powered post generation, a content planner, a post library, and optional direct publishing to LinkedIn. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@authorityally.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Payments are processed by Paddle, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you authorise Paddle to charge your payment method each billing cycle. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. Free Plan

A free tier is available with limited monthly usage (currently 4 posts per month). We may modify or discontinue the free tier at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent
  • Infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service
  • Misrepresent AI-generated content as being exclusively human-authored where legally required to disclose
  • Violate LinkedIn's Terms of Service when using our LinkedIn publishing features

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses large language models (including those provided by Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google) to generate content based on your inputs and profile. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing any content generated by the Service. We make no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific use case.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you input into the Service and all content generated on your behalf. We do not claim any rights over your generated posts. Authority Ally retains all rights to the Service, its underlying technology, and its branding.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time via the billing portal or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain data as required by law or described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI-generated content will meet your requirements.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Authority Ally shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice in the Service. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
