Refund Policy

Authority Ally is committed to your satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for your subscription.
1. Free Plan
The Free plan costs nothing. No payment is taken and no refunds are applicable. You can use the free tier indefinitely without providing payment details.
2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription to Authority Ally, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial payment. This guarantee applies to your first charge only — it does not apply to subsequent renewal payments.
To request a refund under this guarantee, email us at hello@authorityally.com with the subject line "Refund Request" within 30 days of your payment. Include the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
3. Subscription Renewals
All subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis. Renewal charges are generally non-refundable. If you wish to stop being charged, you must cancel your subscription before the next renewal date.
You can cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal accessible from your account's Billing page. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
4. Exceptions and Discretionary Refunds
Outside of the 30-day guarantee, we may issue refunds or account credits at our discretion in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate charges due to a billing error
- Service outages lasting more than 72 consecutive hours that significantly impaired your use
- Charges made after a documented, timely cancellation request was submitted

5. How Refunds Are Processed
Payments for Authority Ally are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Refund processing times depend on your card issuer and typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Paddle issues the refund on our behalf. If you have a billing dispute, you may also contact Paddle directly — their support details will appear on your payment receipt.
6. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorised chargebacks may result in suspension of your account. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and quickly.
